MONARCH BUTTERFLIES SANCTUARY IN MICHOACAN

Every year Monarch butterfly travel around 3200 miles to spend the winter in the forests of Michoacan which for this period when these amazing insects are there, forests turn into orange color. Butterflies arrival occurs at the beginning of November when Mexico celebrates the Day of the Dead and mexicans believe that these butterflies are the souls of their dead.

Also during the tour, you will walk or ride a horse along the coniferous forest to the top of the hill, where the Butterfly Valley lies. Become a witness of this amazing natural phenomenon only from November to March. Do not miss the opportunity to join us in this amazing journey.
